Reduction surgery

I had a family member tell me today that she is interested in having breast reduction surgery. Off the top of my head, I said two things: 1) Be sure to investigate the surgeon(s) and 2) make sure to have enough done so that it is noticeable. Would hate to go through all that and regret not having more done. Do you have personal knowledge of that procedure, AND are there other things I should advise my relative? TIA. Demitra
