@Cakers3     Good questions. The OP didn't say if she ordered the nail polish. It amost sounds like someone used a QVC box to send a gift to a friend.  I hope she comes back and tells us if the box was addressed to her and if she did indeed order the nail polish. Everything that I order online comes with a receipt or a slip that says what was included in the order.

She seemed to be surprised about the nail polish but she wasn't clear.if shebordered it. It's not sold on QVC.

It does sound like a misdirected package.meant for someone else.

If so it would be nice to contact the delivery outfit and let them know

OK the name of the product was actually called Manicurist Essential Green.  And of course they do sell on QVC because that's where I bought it from. 

My name was on the package (because I ordered it) and the package included the packing slip.  

ADDING:  The reason I didn't explain everything is because I didn't want to type a long blog.  I guess that was a dumb thought.

I ordered it, I received in a QVC box with a QVC receipt and wrapped like a regular order.  The product is sold on QVC and that's that.

You originally said a company called Green

There is a company called Green and the company sells organic beauty products but not on QVC.

That's why I said the company, not the nail polish color. Big difference.

So it was your package and just verify with Macy's.to.use it.
