They had a model there and applied Wen to one side of her head, then they slapped at least three times as much regular conditioner to the other side of her head, a ton of white goop. The vendor easily combed through the Wen side and left the model to contend with the other side, which was so thick she couldn't get a comb through it. That was supposed to prove something?

Then he and LR walked away from the model, him saying he "didn't have time" to rinse her hair out, leaving her to deal with the mess, I guess.

How dumb do they think we are? That was the very first and last demonstration I will ever watch of that product.

I seldom believe any of the beauty demonstrations. What item number was this? I would love to see the video!

They do that demo all of the time and while I do like Wen it is a rediculous demo.

On the non Wen side she looks like she is purposely tangling her hair and then tries to comb

through all of that soap or whatever it is and on the Wen side they smooth the hair out and don't tangle it up.

I laugh when I see it.

I am skeptical of all the beauty demos. However, I decided to take a chance on Wen a year ago this month. So happy I did--my hair has never looked better! The lady who cuts it for me is astounded at how much an improvement it made for me.

The demo that I roll my eyes at, is the one where they "prove" that WEN doesn't "strip hair of color".

I've had gone to a salon, had my hair professionally colored, then the next time that showered, before I even put any shampoo on my head, I already have excess color coming off from just the water alone.

So when Chaz says, "We just colored her hair this morning, and look! WEN doesn't strip color!", I just have to laugh.

Was Yuban, then changed to Plaid Pants due to forum upgrade, and apparently, I'm back to being Yuban.

I use shampoo that's under $1. My hair looks nice and healthy. It's the styling that makes all the difference, IMO. Also, washing it daily, and having it trimmed..

I don't pay attention to the presentations.

I have been using Wen for over a year now. My hair has never been looked or felt better.

My color does last longer.

I love Wen, but that is a ridiculous demo - I always turn the channel on that one. It's not fake, it's just stupid and I'm not quite clear what they're trying to prove.
