I did a lot of shopping during Black Friday (Nov) and the month of Dec.  Nothing is showing as pending for all these purchases.

If you are a Rauken user, have you gotten paid or show pending on your Rakuten account?

Thanks in advance.

I have had no issues with Rakuten , but none of my purchases have been from  the Q, I assume you are referring to Q purchases.

@San Antonio Gal I don't online shop a lot but I received a check in December and I think I always get an email when a purchase has been made using Rakuten....did you get any emails about purchases?

Also, aren't checks issued every three months...again I am not a big online shopper, so I could be wrong.

You need to go into your account and review each purchase.

Sometimes purchases are considered ineligible.

You can send a disagreement and they usually explain why.

As noted, checks are sent quarterly.

I've had issues with Rakuten and the Q. I don't use the "extension" or the Rakuten app.

Review yoyr shopping trips and match them up with purchases you made.  You have to cut and paste order totals in Rakuten "missing cash back". Rakuten will credit the correct %.

I have pending cash back for Bloomies and Omaha Steaks from Black Friday. It's usally 90 days to remove pending.

I did see you can now get your available cash back on a egift card instead of waiting for a check.

Speaking of Rakuten, does anyone use it in stores, Rakuten is the only rebate site that I know of and use that also has its benefits in store shopping, you have to check off the stores you shop in listed on their site and provide the CC you frequently use.

@San Antonio Gal

If you needed customer service on a purchase and they completed the order for you, you do not get the Rakuten.

cash back.  Found this out by asking the  Clark's rep.  So I had to cancel my order when we were done, then go back on my own to put the order in.  HTH

@San Antonio Gal  Do you go in and check your purchases after you buy them? I don't use Rakuten but every time I use Befrugal or Topcashback, I go in and make sure they have been recorded.  Just food for thought.

Believe this happened to me in Q3 & Q4. At the end of December, I went back through all of my Shopping Trips (found in the drop-down menu when you hover over your name). Over 90% didn't even have "pending" cash back, which I knew was incorrect.

Submitted individual Help requests ("Where's my cash back?") for each shopping trip that hadn't been confirmed -- actually going all the way back to September. To submit a Help request, you need:

  • Your email confirm with the subtotal sum (you will need to paste it into the Help request)
  • Your order number

Takes time & persistence, but it is your money. You apparently just need to nudge them for it all.

Paid off for me -- with a significant sum now confirmed. There were too many days with large cash back days or bonuses in the fall to let it slide. (ymmv)

Good luck!
