I like Rakuten, their CS is the best of all the rebate sites, however their percentages are often much lower than their competitors.

@Catch71  - I am so sorry. I mistakenly wrote Mr.Rebates instead of Ebates. I'm very sorry for the error. To be clear, Rakuten was Ebates, and Mr.Rebates is still just that. Again my apologies.

I went through "Mr. Rebates" today and got 3 percent.
