I saw her when she first started at QVC and she was professional from the getgo. Very enjoyable to watch and I'm happy that she doesn't stir up controversy on the boards which is a miracle in and of itself! ;-)

Rachel is currently doing a jewelry show by herself, Steel By Design, and she is so calm, professional, explanatory and refreshing all by herself...really a pro.

i saw this show, too and agree, she was great. i think some of the newer hosts get paired with older ones and sometimes the tag team speal gets out of hand and over the top. she can shine on her own.
