RETAIL ME NOT QUESTION?

Hi.  Quick question.  I have only used a "cash back" website once.  I see that today on all of them they have "Take $10 off a 2nd purchase of $25 or more". 

Retail me Not also has "Up to 25% Off Today's Special Value Items".  How do you know how much "up to" you get?  And when does it come off?

it's not an additional % off.  They're referring to the difference between the original QVC price and the TSV price.

@BeeChee   I always have to double check what they are saying too.  I think sometimes stores will pay the cash back sites to have certain things advertised to draw people in.  Especially when it is something I have searched - I'll end up getting a pop up from Rakuten showing "sales" on that item.
