You know what's worse than the above? This type of thread.

maybe....maybe not...........at least people get to get out what is frustrating them and that just may help keep the tension and back biting down on other threads............................raven

Don't you think these threads are really tiresome? Don't you get tired of the futile complaining? It's the same song week after week after week, sometimes more than once a week.

If someone is so pent up with tension from anything on a forum, I'd say they need some additional assistance or at least to take a break.

focksie, if you feel that way, why did you bump it back up? At least two of us had no idea it was even here anymore!

Three of us.{#emotions_dlg.confused1} To whoever. It is Autumn, maybe it's harvest whine time.

Re: RE: thread about forums not bustling with activity

Hi reese, I didn't bump this up. It was at the top of the page when I responded.

My only comment has to do with the fact that it's clear quite a few people are disgusted with the standards and moderation here yet all they do is keep coming back here to complain and complain about the same sh*(t. I guess I'm of the mind that if there's something you don't like and have the ability to change, stop complaining and try to do something about it.

What prompted my response at all was the fact that the OP complained about all the fl*ff threads yet she doesn't understand this thread she started IMO is far more annoying.

That's all. Smile

I get it, and I agree. Some people just like to hear (read) themselves complain. It's annoying.

And thanks for understanding I typed before I saw that teeny tiny print in the post above yours. Smile

for some...yeah I do.................look, some people here, this is about all they have of the outside world............we don't know everyone's life situation.......for others, it's a passing deal, they visit the site when they have a break in life.

for the break in life people.......seeing a thread like this may be as tiresome as the closed for comment message, you read the comment and think they're at it again or what dorks and move on..................but

for the this is one of the main contacts with the outside world........it's a big deal......this may be one of the few options they have for adult conversation.......so for them, yeah it's a big deal and it can lead to frustration.

do they need some "additional assistance".......hey EVERYONE in life could use some additional assistance of some type.........I'm not going to put people down for needing something.........I just put people down who mess with me or I think are messing with other people unfairly Smile.......................................raven
