And with all its problems it's miles ahead of the usual garbage on forums many places.

Kind of like democracy compared to any other system of government.

There may be perfection in heaven, never right here on earth!

Free and bird, this is what I was saying 2000 posts above. If "they" would just give us a chance...most of these misunderstandings could be fixed by us.

You are both great. I really love it when the truth is told in a kind and accepting way and resolved. Kudos to you both. I really do love it. Dream sweet!

Cody, thank you for saying that. I agree that in a lot of cases, things can be worked through for a real positive outcome or at least a truce. Only in a few cases (am thinking about the old board wars) where any meeting of the minds was like a speed bump in the out-of-control fighting.

Today we had one or more super great Webbies on duty for using a scalpel instead of a sledge hammer.

I agree. Thank you to the Webbies. Classy of you both to work this out. It is hard work sometimes but the air is cleared and new beginnings are ahead. One step at a time. I respect both of you for your willingness to do the work. It gives me hope. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

I was reading it and going to post only to find "commenting period has been closed."

That right there is one reason why this place isn't bustling with activity. Nothing is allowed to remain 'active' unless it's what I consider to be inconsequential fluffy nonsense. I know, they own it, they rule it. But, their rules are insulting and just plain stupid.

Hello, Tyak. Smile

To be honest, this one really isn't on QVC. It could be on some of the posters here. If you post a viewpoint that's not accepted or looked down upon, that's when an argument starts, people start bickering and name calling, getting nasty and making insults, etc. So that's when the thread usually gets closed down. Honestly, you're better off posting in the Among Friends sub-forum on QVC. The atmosphere is calmer there and people there are more polite and less snarky.

Nick Chavez now has his own sub-forum under the My Favorite Brand folder

B....you are right...I do not know you to know what you need.

But you called her B, I think that's really nice. I mean that sincerely.

I have always called her B...although I like the cardi name too and not in an offensive way...but I understand if she does not want to be called it.

doo and sylvia, I am grateful for your comments. I really appreciate them. Now moving on...so we are having cocktails with our hash? This should be interesting. Wink

You know I love me some cody.{#emotions_dlg.wub}

Now I make my hash with chuck roast, potato's, onions and a bit of jalapeno's for a bite.

Me too, but not with the bite. I fry it in bacon fat and serve with catsup. My favorite comfort food, even better than Dos Equis!

Reese, I might try that apple drink if I don't have to buy 6 bottles of it.

Free, I was able to make my own six pack and tried two kinds of pumpkin ale, too. I didn't like that as well as the apple. I can understand your not wanting to commit to six of the same thing, I didn't either until I was sure I liked it.

I'd also like to say that I luv ya and appreciate you as a person and a poster. {#emotions_dlg.wub}
