Qurate Retail, QVC and HSN's parent company, is in danger of being delisted from Nasdaq because its stock price has fallen below $1 for the past few months. It rebounded slightly today ($1.14) after a slightly better earnings report than the company has posted in recent history. The company has been hemorraging money with billion-dollar losses and hundreds of layoffs.

Someone posted their quarterly results in QTalk.

It's just less bad than anticipated. They have lost $ for 5 straight quarters.

I would hate it if I had stock in the company. 😱 especially being close to retirement.

Hopefully the Qurate 401k participants have the option to select from a variety of investment options and not just company stock.

Those who were granted RSUs, well, they have to keep their fingers crossed.

Okay, I'm totally confused. I thought this "delisting" of Qurate stock already occurred a week ago per this post started by @THEY CallMe Mr Wilkes. Could someone enlighten me? Has it happened or not?? Thanks.

I hate hearing that and I'm not even sure what it this news entails.

Does this mean QVC on air could go down the tubes?

I buy from Q a little and also from Shop HQ.  I never watch HQ -- don't even know if I get it, but I browse online all the time.

HSN hasn't been on my radar for over 15 years or so.  I guess they're doing good?

I love Frontgate and also Garnet Hill (awaiting an order arrival today!).

Does that mean they will go down, too?  I really wish they'd sell items from those two companies---I'd be tuned in all day, every day.

@pupwhipped    I believe @AuntMame  is reporting old news.  Since then, QVC HAS BEEN DELISTED  from NASDAQ.
