Quick Grooming/Tipping Question.

Hi Everyone,

My mutt needs very little in the way of grooming, but about 1x/month I do take him to PetSmart to get bathed and trimmed. They always do his ears and nails and I've been happy with their service. I aways tip the specific groomer that did him.

However, I just took my dog to a new place today. Same kind of service, but a privately owned, smaller operation. It's a little more expensive, but same services. I'm assuming I tip here as well? Or do I have this all wrong? I think the owner is doing the grooming/bathing of my mutt today.
