Questions about Facebook

I had asked my son to delete someone for me and thought he did till I got on today and to my right was something I believe from Huffington Post with the person I thought was gone. I know squat about badges but I did put on stealth and now I want to know how can I eliminate seeing the person come up which I believe has something to do with Huffington Post - can anyone guide me through this?
