Re: Questions about Amazon returns

Kohls and UPS are about 10 minutes from me in opposite directions. I choose Kohls because I love Kohls and I shop at Kohls. Also I get a 25% discount coupon which I use that same day. I love it.

Another thing I like about Amazon, you don't have to package the item when returning to Kohls.

Re: Questions about Amazon returns

There is another option under UPS returns.  You can have UPS come to your door.    Amazon notifies UPS and the next business day UPS comes to my door with a return label and within a few hours I get an email that my return is being processed.  I've done this a few times.  So easy and convenient.  UPS will make just one attempt to pickup so either leave your package outside or be sure to be home.

Ding Ding Ding!  This would appear to be your best option @depglass .  I'm reposting it because @Scooty  didn't tag you in her post.  I wanted to make sure you see it!  It doesn't get any easier than having your return picked up at your door.

My brother did this once because he didn't have any choice. It was a hammock and couldn't fit in his car. They came the following day. Otherwise he takes his returns in person because it's close by.

For a far distance, I would call for pick up.

Thanks shoesnbags.  Depglass - you can also do a live chat with Amazon or call them to arrange a pickup.  I always found the reps to be super helpful.

Bingo!   This is how I do it.  It's much easier than going to Kohl's.  If I might not be home, I take it to the Ups store.

I do not have a printer.  I have two returns for Amazon that I can take to Kohl's on our next trip to the Kohl's cities, both 90 miles away.  What do you have to take with you, since there is no packing slip or return slip?  Do all Kohl's offer this Amazon return service?

I don't have a printer and I called Amazon.  They texed a block with a number on it and I brought it to UPS. They scanned it, and in two days I received my refund. Very easy.

Re: Questions about Amazon returns

I do not have a printer as well.  Amazon sends me an email to my phone and Khol's just scans my phone.  Super easy.
