Hello everyone!

I was just wondering if I could get some opinions. Let me start by saying I LOVE animals and have never actually owned my own dog so I am a little confused here.

Several of my neighbors leave their dogs outside for hours a night. They all trigger each other and bark at every noise. One triggers the next and it's a bark fest for hours on end. Every. Single. Night.

Should I confront the neighbors? See - I am not a crabby person and love animals but it's hard to relax at night and I feel bad, almost like they're dying for attention.

Any suggestions are welcome!
