Question regarding my Keurig

I have a personal Cinnamon Keurig and love it, however just recently it has started leaking. I unplugged it and tried to drain as much water as I could.

Again made a cup of coffee and it leaked and the water was from what should have gone into my cup.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Or does anyone have a solution?
