I remember dialing the customer service number trying to get thru. And then I remember when they would put the pages of shoes up at 6pm on the computer before the gala in New York and you could start putting stuff in your cart early. I got a lot of good bargains but I sent back a lot of stuff too. I think it loses something when the big show isn't done live. I haven't bought anything from qvc in over 2 years but I might have bought those pink uggs but I don't need them.
