How do you keep the inside of your nails clean?
I watched someone make meatballs with long nails. She cracked the eggs into the chopped meat, added breadcrumbs and other ingredients and mixed them all with her bare hands. She then went over to the sink and washed her hands but didn't scrub her nails. She then went on to prepare other dishes that required her using bare hands.
Nails are a breeding ground for germs, viruses, e-coli, salmonella and other things that can make you very sick especially for those with compromised immune systems.
