I usually get a professional pedicure once a month and have been going to the same salon for a while now. Just curious--does the nail tech where you have your's done use the razor to remove calluses and does he or she also remove ingrown part of the nail? Mine used to do both routinely, then started using a tool that looks like a cheese grater to do calluses on bottom of feet. Yesterday, she did not do ingrown nail removal at all. I didn't ask her but I wondered if a state inspector had told them to stop doing that or if maybe she had just had a customer complaint and decided to stop. What's your experience?
