You cannot access QVC boards using the Q app.   That's why you were advised to use Safari or any Internet browser.

Since yuou're new, you can go to an Apple store and get someone to help you/take a class.

If you have an  store near you I highly suggest you go and find out when they have classes. They are free and you will be amazed at what you will learn. You can go as much as you like.  If you have problems or questions write them down and they will be happy to answer them for you.  By the way they have free classes for all their devices. 

 

 

I wanted to add it add it does not matter where you bought your device.  Some think Apple will not help unless you bought at the Apple  store. Not true. They will help you.
