 Question : I try to access the livestream Kerstin Lindquist after show ( usually on Sat. mornings and can't seem to find hers. I chatted with CS and they said click on her picture- but on my computer and my phone- nothing happens when I click on  either.

 Anyone have any suggestions  for me? Thanks. I can "see" new livestreams  up and coming , but no past ones.

I just tried to view her livestream from yesterday and got through with no problem.

I don't know how you're accessing them, but from the main page I scrolled down to the QVC Livestreams and clicked on it.  Then down again to All QVC Livestreams/View the Lineup.  Clicked on that and there was Kerstin's picture.  Clicked on that and her video started.

I just looked for Kristin's Livestream from Saturday, too. She apparently didn't have one! Above her picture it says, "16 days ago" and the video is an old one. 

Check back next week!

Kerstin did do a livestream on Saturday July 23.  It's there.

Thanks for letting me know I had missed her Livestream. WOW, she's so geniune. That was her best one so far. She continues to amaze me. Her goals are heartfelt - even painful to admit. Very touching to share. And her tears didn't offend me; they were real and for the right reason (not for the camera) when a viewer mentioned her mom. 

I had watched Leah's on Saturday which turned out to be all about pink and Barbie (groan) and found her comments to be juvenile and way too shallow for a "professional" TV host. Expected her to communicate much better; was very disappointed. Will watch once again and hope she improves a great deal. If I'm going to watch, I need to LEARN something!

Thankfully Kerstin acknowledged the pink theme, but her integrity and intellegence led the communication into an interesting and informative discussion of many subjects which the viewers guided. She is willing to listen and let others ask anything! She's a pro at handling people and communicating with others.

The more I see Kerstin, the more I enjoy her and what she brings to the viewers. Interesting or health-related information.

No gimmicks, excuses, family tales, dramatics, TMI, etc. 

I've also enjoyed David, Mary and Rachel. All of whom provided interesting commentary. David and Mary are fasincating in their conversations with viewers when answering Q's about cooking! It's all fun and lively info. they share. 

These are great ways of receiving wonderful suggestions for better programming, too! Wise move on QVC's part.
