Bought hubby a new pair of trousers that were on sale online....
When they arrived, I told him to let me know if they fit OK. I asked him 2 more times if he tried on those dress pants and whether he even wanted them or not since I hadn't seen him wear them.He said yes. I threw out the receipt.
Now, A MONTH LATER, he says they are too tight. ALL the tags are still on them, but I don't have the receipt anymore.
Will I be able to return them?

Yes. You should be able to download and print a replacement receipt from your online account, but I'm not sure about a return form & shipping label. You can call CS for them to email one. Otherwise, go to the store and bring the charge card you used to make the purchase. They'll be able to find the purchase. Without a receipt or correct charge card, you will likely be able to make the return, but they will probably only refund the lowest sale price on record.

@Nataliesgramma You can return to Kohl's up to 180 days with or without a receipt. If you can't print out your original order on your computer or find the order #, just go to the store, they can probably find your order by your phone number. If you need to return it by mail call their customer service, give them your phone number and they'll tell you how to return them.
My husband does the same exact thing and it's so frustating

If you used a Kohl's charge card there should be no problem. I returned a dress to Kohl's a number of years ago with the tags still on and no receipt. They were able to look up my account and find the transaction. Since you bought the pants online you should be able to look up that order on your account and print a receipt.

I am going to guess that without the correct charge card, and without a receipt, they'll give store credit.
I could be wrong about that, though.

Print your order/receipt from the website and return them.
