Re: Question about Taking a Master Class online

@Marp  I always use (my area code) 555-1212 which is "directory assistance."  Been using it online & off since 1999.  I still have & use a landline.  Not sure if this works on a cell.

Re: Question about Taking a Master Class online

@PA Mom-mom   I pay for Skillshare every year. There are all kinds of "masterclasses" and I Iike the art classes. I've never had an issue getting hacked or giving info that wasn't necessary.

Not to denigrate yout doctor for one second, but maybe try an orthopedist for a consult if you have not done so already? As for the rest......sounds like there is a lot of snake oil out there.  Those sources do not begin to compare with rigorous medical training.

Thank you for all your responses, truly, thank you!

I think you all gave me a dose of logic and common sense!

Guess I needed it. 😊

I was just hoping for some new info since I've been going to the dr for low bone density for years, tried different meds, pills, shots, ugh. I take several supplements, lots of calcium but still wound up on Prolia which holds onto old bone which is not the same as actually growing new bone.

Maybe it is time to go to a personal trainer. I do try to walk 30 minutes a day and I work with small weights but I've never been able to go on to heavier ones. Definitely time to do something different! 👍👍👍

@Mz iMac,  back in the day I'd use the Dial-a-Prayer number.

Does this open me up to problems??

I'd love to take a master class on building my bone density but I don't want a million emails/calls from scammers. I have to share my email and phone # to register.

If you've taken an online class in this way, I'd like to hear your opinion or experiences.

You should ask your doctor, NOT someone teaching an on line class. SMH.

@San Antonio Gal   In truth I believe "Jenny" Did Have to Change Her number. Due to all the Lets Try it Calls.
