I know you can cook the food frozen but if you let it thaw does it taste better? Thank you.

A bit.......I don't eat meat but hubs and the boys say there is a small difference......I like to marinate the meats I put in it........let it marinate while I'm at work then come home and throw it in the oven..............................................raven
