Question about Ipads

Do you have the Internet card? If so, do you have the AT&T or the Verizon card? The first can be removed and replaced with a third company card if this other card is compatible. The second is permanent and you have to use Verizon. I tried their service and it is horrible in my area. You have to make a choice when ordering the Ipad. I want to be able to get internet later if that is my wish, but don't want to commit. I would only have Wi-Fi without this card.
