My latest returns via UPS store were not packed by me and I dropped off the return, showed them my label, which they scanned in and gave me a tracking label. Pretty much, by the time I got home, I had an email that my return had been started. There was no charge for that. Incredibly easy.

That's exactly how it worked for me.  The return was credited to my card pretty much by the time I got home.
