to throw another mystery, into the mix, one of the son's had a classmate die, in an accident. The boy was hit by a car, on a country road. The mom was on the news and thinks the murdaugh family, might have had something to do with it.

Are you speaking of Stephen Smith or is there ANOTHER death surrounding this family?

One of Alex's brothers is now saying Alex lied about lots of things for a longtime but he isn't sure he is the one who killed Maggie and Paul. Sounds like he is supporting the upcoming appeal.

It must be John Marvin, the one who testified for the defense. Randy, the other attorney brother is bound by oaths he swore to and is why he didn't testify.

I suppose it's possible for JM to bury his head in the sand and believe Alex is innocent because his mind just won't let him go there.

On the other hand, my theory is he is the brother that had a hand in getting rid of the guns, so if there is any validity to that, John Marvin knows the score.

i think that was the name. It happened about 10yrs ago. During the interview, the mom had so many questions and no good answers.

i think that was the name. It happened about 10yrs ago. During the interview, the mom had so many questions and no good answers.

I had to ask because I might have missed one! Yes, Stephen Smith's mom deserves answers and justice for her son.

It is reported that Buster had a fling with Stephen, then winds up dead.

Buster hasn't been officially connnected to the death of Steven Smith. Interesting that his mother said even before the identity of the person who died was confirmed to be her son, one of the Murdaughs called to offer his help. When she arrived at the crime scene for the first time , the Murdaugh's were already there. Happened to see an article about Buster and it was the first real info I had seen about him...he dropped out of SC law school due to a plagiarism incident and Alex paid $60k to allow him to come back. He's been living with his girlfriend Brooklyn White at her condo on Hilton Head Island. He currently has no plans to return to law school. I think he would have to change his name and his hair color to ever be able to go back to the same school and not be hounded by the media. The sale of the estate is still being challenged. The attorneys want the sale to be voided and called fraudulent. Alex sold Moselle to Maggie for $5. Clearly a move to preserve the estate. Buster should be receiving $630,000 but not sure when.

They didn't seem to be concerned -- esp. Maggie. I wonder what really happened.
