I usually return items to QVC by paying postage & insurance and returning them on my own. I've never used the return label sent with the package where they deduct postage from your refund. However, this past time I did and now I'm wondering how is the package tracked? I returned something over 2 weeks ago and no confirmation that it's been received yet. Anyone have this problem or does it take this long for QVC to process a return. The item I returned was on easy pay and another payment has been taken out of my account since it was returned. Just wondering if I should be concerned yet or not?
