@Etoile308   I have a Kohls store about 20 minutes from me.  I can call and ask if they will print a label.

You shouldn't need a label at Kohl's. They scan your code and put the Amazon returns in a bin.

Follow directions given. They tend to be clear. They will give you a code to print out. Just bring the printed paper and item to cvs. If you have questions you can call them

I just did this very thing on Feb 3rd.

Amazon customer service texted me a QR code.  I downloaded it to my photos for easy callup.

At my UPS Store I handed them the box, showed them the QR code and they asked if I wanted a receipt (of course!!)

and I was in and out in about 4 minutes.

No muss, fuss or labels involved!

@Mom2Dogs Check your returns on your Amazon account or the email.  There may be a link to print a label.

@Mom2Dogs, let me ask you this before things get confusing.

Do you have a smart phone? If not, do you have a tablet you can bring?

You don't need to print anything as long as you can open your Amazon return order page, or an Amazon email. It should contain a QR code that gets scanned at places like UPS stores, Kohl's, and Whole Foods. Someone also mentioned Staples but I've never gone there.

Hope that helps. I know doing something for the first time can be confusing if not comfortable with some internet transactions.

@Mom2Dogs Amazon will mail you a label for $1.00.

You should be seeing options like this:

Choose the UPS Dropoff option. (label needed)

After Amazon has issued you a label to print you will have the option to have a label mailed to your home.

Or you could pay for a UPS pickup at your house. ($7.99 fee typically)

You can also have the label emailed to you or a friend and have your friend or perhaps yourself print from a public library or other free source for a printer.

I shop a lot at Amazon and my job consists of me basically working with Amazon.

Hope this helps.

Yes, if you need to return an item to Amazon and don't have

a printer to print a label,

I return my Amazon items at Kohls.  I don't even need to box the item.  They scan the return code from my phone, IPad or print out that I bring along and give me a return receipt.

When I get home and check, Amazon has already processed the return.

I start the return on Amazon before I take the item in.

It couldn't be easier.

When I returned an item to QVC, I took the box with label to a local Auto Parts Store that has a UPS return counter.  They scanned the label on the box, gave me a return receipt and it was done.

Returns are easier than ever.
