QVC may want me to shop elsewhere after the phone call I made tonight. I called about a defective product that I received. The lady explained that I would not be charged for mailing it back. I said I am sending it back therefore I will be paying. She explained at least three times. Finally she said you are all set Mrs. P. I responded you think so huh???

@gizmogal Thanks. Clear explanation, but doesn't make a lot of sense because given any name of a store or site, most of us, even me, can find the link ourselves, right? Just takes longer.

We talk about costco, walmart, safeway and many other companies all the time. But it is against forum rules to post photos from catalogs, promo codes or advertise sales and such. Sometimes, sales and Such are done in such a subtle way, they may get through mods. But it is against policy. Not to mention the other companies get mad as well 😚

@Catiele There was a communication breakdown. What she was trying to tell you that you didn't "get" was that you use the prepaid label for which you're normally charged at least $6.95, but they are not going to assess that charge. If an item is defective they waive the return postage charge. Are you aware there is a pre-paid label attached to the back of your invoice?
