Re: Question About Mr Rebates

@ECBG

you may also want to make a list of the rebates that are zero......and then contact mr rebates with questions. they are very good about doing manual rebate adjustments after a 30 day waiting period from the original order date, as long as they can verify the sale.

Re: Question About Mr Rebates

Try using ShopAtHome and compare rates. They offer rewards points and it does not take long to accumulate a lot of them. For every 500 points you can get $5 off on a QVC item, and still get your rebate. They also offer a 110% rate guarantee, if Mr R, Ebates, etc.  has a higher rate, they will honor it plus an addl. 10% of it back too.

Could the xeros be returns?

@DiAnne, Thanks for your answer.  I have very few returns, I have many more "0"s.

@ECBG,

Is this problem something new or has it always been that way?

The reason I'm asking is it could be the browser you are using...?? Just a thought.

@SilleeMee, Always a desk top, Windows 8.

Re: Question About Mr Rebates

@ECBG,

The only other thing I can think of is if you used a discount coupon or promo code outside of Mr. R. That will cancel the rebate amount coming to you. I know Q doesn't have promo codes so really this can't be it either...I'm stumped.Woman Frustrated

@SilleeMeeNo coupons for Q.  Heaven forbid!  LOL.  Thank you so much for trying to help me.
