I posted last week how Tracfone erased my account (when I wasn't late filling my minutes) and while I was trying to load my minute cards and call them when the card didn't load and couldn't get a human for days.
To refresh memories- They took my triple minutes away (thousands) and said they would send a new SIM card but I could only get double minutes that my phone account had been erased and doesn't exist, & they said I never had triple minutes (yes it did last yrs TSV Samsung w triple mins.)
Well guess what? I got an email 2 days ago, that my SIM card was delivered on a porch in INDIANA! I don't live in Indiana, I live in PA!!!!!
I called Tracfone yesterday and told them, and then they reordered my SIM card and said it was to be here overnight. Hmm its not here and I have a feeling it never will be.
Also while on the phone again I tried asking about getting triple minutes because the young lady I spoke to this time seemed to speak better English. Again she said no my phone doesn't come with triple minutes they said again.
I said Miss, my phone is on your website right now for sale with TRIPLE minutes.
She said I cant understand what youre saying. She understood everything I said until I mentioned triple minutes.
I let it GO and just said thank you goodbye. (at this point I gave UP and thought I will call QVC).
Low and behold QVC understood my story with Tracfone fine and said MY phone is sold out on QVC, so I can either get (a such and such amount) credit with Q if I keep my phone due to all the problems, OR I can send the phone back and get credit for the entire phone even though my cell is OVER 1 yr old. I have 2 weeks to decide! NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Well I love my phone (If it would WORK) so I am hoping my SIM card will be here tomorrow so I can see if the phone will be up and running. (I REALLY would like to have my phone working when we travel in the boom docks with no one in site ON Christmas day to the in laws).
But if the Sim card doesn't come soon, then I may call Q tell them Im sending my cellphone back :-(
I just cant believe all of this. I never had trouble ALL YEAR with Tracfone until now and I looked on their facebook page and people galore are complaining about minutes lost, not added properly etc (so Im not alone).
Anyway just wanted everyone to know QVC has WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I thanked Qs customer service rep 3X. Their CS rocks!

I have ordered 3 tracfones from the Q and none of them work.

I'm glad you found a compassionate customer service rep at Qvc. Not all of the call centers have full functionality to give out credits or make wise decisions or even have a supervisor that is available for you to speak to. I have had terrible experiences with the FL call center and whenever I do need to contact C/S I always ask first where I have landed. Will hang up and dial again if I reach FL.

Im sorry to hear that polar & ilikeshade. I never had an issue w Q the few times I had to call.
I got my SIM card today took the phone apart and I don't have a SIM card in my type of phone like they originally said!
After 3 calls to Tracfone and getting disconnected once, and asking for a manager (because I couldn't understand them) I finally got someone to help me and my cell is set up again.
I lost my old minutes but the phone is on. The minutes will build up in no time though because I don't use my cell a lot like most people.
So I hope I don't have any more issues.
