QVC purchases and returns

They always say they wont bill you till they ship the item. Well I ordered a top about an hour ago and already shows up on my checking account as a debit. It says still in process and probably wont get shipped till tomorrow or the next day. But they have already gotten their money from me. If I decided to cancell, they would still have my money tied up for a week.

I had a pair of shoes that I returned last week. On the tracking info it says delivered to QVC on Tuesday. QVC didnt acknowledge receiving it until Thursday. And now it is Tuesday and it still says refund being processed. Come on - how long should this take, since they had posession of the shoes for a week and the refund is still not processed.
