They just lost another customer and not because of Paula Dean. I have been with the Q for about 20 years. I pay my bill in full everymonth and sometime a big bill. This morning when I went to my account page to check on what I will pay at closing statement, I get a page that ask me for my income. Called CS and was told this is something new they are now asking.
I am offended because if I didn't pay on time or made payments each month they might have the right to ask, I said might, but I pay as soon as I get the amount on line. That is it for me, they really do not value long time customers. I am not saying if you make monthly payments that even then should you be asked. They gave you a Q card, that is when they ask I think, it's been awhile. Plus, some use other CC on the Q. What is up with this, Can someone explain?
