When I try to get to the main page I do not see what I usually get. It appears that part of the top and bottom disappeared. I do not get "my account" "items on air" "cart," etc that appear on the top of the home page. Also the bottom disappeared. I do not see "forums" meet the hosts etc. The only reason I can write this is I had to google qvc forums to get here. Anyone else have this problem?

That is unfortunate! There has been no changes to my home page.🥰 Have you tried closing your browser, and emptying your cache/browsing history? That usually fixes common problems like that.👍 I HOPE you are able to get the matter resolved SOON!🤞🤞😊

This happened to me on my iPad a few weeklies ago. I cleared my internet cookie and rebooted my iPad and the regular cover page appeared.

@Janey2. It sounds as though there may be an issue with your device.

The only change I see is a change in the order of the menu items at the top of the page. The sign in and account option is in the same place as before.
I am logging in on my laptop. It must look really different on a phone or tablet.

I had the same issue on my desktop computer last week. I cleared the browsing history for the last month. After that all the info was there again. Of the websites I usually go to it was only QVC with the issue.

@Janey2 - I have the same problem on my iPad; just started (or I just noticed) this past week. For the life of me, I couldn't get to the forums or anything else normally at the bottom.
It just never stops these days with QVC chopping and changing things.
(No problem with my desktop, just my iPad.)

@suzeem - I just tried this and it worked on the second attempt. Thank you.
But I'm getting tired of having to jump through these hoops for QVC. I honestly don't have these issues with any other online website I use.
