@Susan Louise,  Yes, the seaweed night creme I ordered last night from Mario B. I cancelled and reordered today.  Why should I pay $3 more when I don't need to.  Glad I was able to cancel.  This may be their last free shipping for everything but it seems the Q is going big this year for all the sales they can get.  Cat Wink

I just ordered a cleaning product I like...no big deal about that, but also got a Nick Chavez styling duo that never includes free shipping or extra discounts!

I ordered 2 things as a gift earlier today.  After speaking with my niece she already ordered TSV and did not want other.

 

I can't cancel because they are both in process ready for shipping - I find that hard to believe some orders are in process for 4-5 days!

 

Maybe this is how Q will make up for giving free shipping when one has to pay to return 🙄😮. 

 

I did reach out to CS.
