I scrolled down to "Shop items on air" on the homepage and everything showing on the page said "sold out" Has anyone else seen that ? I refreshed the page and the sold out was gone from every item shown. Weird stuff ! This has happended several times, also is anyone getting emails from QVC with a blank email except for the "top picks from QVC" at the top of the email ? Maybe CS will see this post and notify the website team.

@Goodie2shoes Yes, the SOLD OUT sign on the homepage has been happening to me for about a week. Then it is gone. Weird.

thank you for posting. I thought it was my laptop. same thing: all grayed out and say 'sold out'. obviously its a glitch somewhere. I cleared my cache and it didn't fix the problem, so I assume its on QVCs end.
while I can click on an item, it comes up looking fine and def not sold out......weird!

It's UNTHINKABLE to me that *ANY COMPETING RETAILER* would have even 1 such "non-buying, 'obstacle glitch'" as this currently .. let alone a continued SERIES of "non-buying, 'obstacle gliches'" ... continuously.
Continued impediments to buying from QVC? utterly amazing.
I'm surprised this "newest ill-iteration of QVC" has lasted this long as a (competing) retailer. ...
Maybe the QVC Prez's own kids are operating the "QVC IT dept" for the last few years?
Or maybe the QVC Prez owed a favor to a neighbor, & hired the neighbor's kids for the Q IT dept??
It's gotta be *something*.......
As far as I'm concerned, NO COMPANY stays in business when there's a continuous series of "sales determent gestures, actions & policies" .... ..that are continuously impeding purchases by customers!
So what is it ??????
What is it that "keeps QVC in business, despite QVC's repeated "sales impediment actions" above??"

To keep operating costs down, some companies hire recent graduates or interns. After they gain experience, they leave for higher paying positions. QVC seems to be cutting costs where they can. Their previous intention to eliminate the forums was one of them. I think they're being penny wise, pound foolish.

i am on a laptop and using the EDGE browser. i am not having these issues.
