QVC Vendor for the Xbox 360

On 11/29/13 I ordered a Xbox 360 from QVC. I was given an EDD of the 6th. I called up customer service today and was informed that they were waiting for the vendor to update them and send it. Also I was politely informed that the EDD was an estimated due date which I in turned told the QVC CS rep I was aware of. I would like to know if anyone has ordered a Xbox 360 from QVC in the past and how long it took them to receive it. Thanks for any information.
