I was asked to be part of the QVC Survey team and today I received my first survey questionaire.Heart

I believe they are all going to be about fashion and I am so glad I was picked to be a part of tis process.   Hopefully they will take all of our suggestions and feedback to heart and we will see some changes over the next year

I received one of the surveys recently and one of their questions was "How much would you miss it if there was no QVC?"  (Or similar wording.)

Interesting...🤨

QVC has done these 'surveys' for years, but we've never seen any kind of change come from them.

They're just a pacifier for customers.....

I got one, too, but not much one for doing surveys so I'll probably just delete it. I like to watch sometimes but rarely buy.

My answer would be Not much. I know Covid19 has effected most manufacturing but boy QVC has really taken a hit with assortment and quality of products

It is interesting, wonder what that statistic would be?

I received a QVC survey in email yesterday. Intro said the survey would take 20 minutes to complete -- but after the 2nd multiple choice question, my next screen said "thank you for your responses" and it was over. Hmmm.

Guess they didn't care what I had to say afterall.

I requested no emails from QVC so I will not get it.  I only order from the Q once or twice a year now.  I never watch, maybe a moment or two while changing channels.  Or if someone here on the forum mentions someone or something, I may check it out.

I look for some items online, but I have found that I can always get the item elsewhere, with free shipping.  Their clothing just does not appeal to me.  I just do not like buying clothing on line anymore.  I like to see the item and try it on.  Sizing is all over the place, at the Q and even stores.  I do not want the hassle of returning.
