On Thursdy I received three packages - One from UPS, One from the USPO, and One from Fed Ex. All were from QVC and all were ordered at about the same time. What is going on with the shipping choices? I really prefer UPS.
BTW, the Fed Ex boxes were both busted open. The USPO package was crammed into the mailbox and the garment inside was a disaster, and the UPS package was just fine.

@Perkup Depends how much they weigh (UPS for the heavier ones or multiple clothing items in one pkg which makes it heavier) and from which warehouse they are sent (jewelry from one warehouse, clothes from another). You don't tell us in your post the nature of the items.

The Fed Ex packages were a bedspread and two sets of sheeets. The UPS package was another set of the same sheets. The USPO package was an Isaac Mizrahi paif of crop pants, which I can't seem to get the wadded wrinkles out of - even with a Rowenta iron.
Coming back to add a note .. .. when my regular postman is on duty, he often brings even small things to the door to avoid any wadding. When there's a substitute or on the 6th day, the sub crams in as much as he/she can and sometimes leaves a package on top of the box. I don't think anything that is larger than the box should be crammed inside, and that applies to almost every QVC bag.

I think it all depends on the weight and size.

Oh, dear. I thought this was going to be a thread about our liquor preferences.

I'm sorry you're experiencing problems with the USPS and FedEx delivery services, but they need to get your feedback. Especially the USPS. I don't think QVC can help with the problems you describe. You could talk to the carrier's supervisor and see what might be done about the problem. If you make it clear that you're okay with having a slip left and going to the PO or pickup location to get the packages, that might work, if you were okay with it.
Personally, I believe most clothing should be boxed. I shipped all my eBay clothing sales in boxes, with the items folded, with tissue, sealed in plastic bags, and never had a single problem. But that adds a labor and materials cost that cuts into the bottom line.

LOL. I realized it is a typo but QVC sells wine, I think.

What is so hard about giving us shipping options? Seems like another ridiculous rule just like not allowing us to post the Insider link to those who want it.

I suspect QVC-Melvin likes a small glass of Southern Comfort every now and then. Hi Melvin
