QVC Shipping

I am sooo disgusted with QVC's shipping methods. I ordered a fire opal ring to wear for a special occassion (sp?) on 4-4-11, it shipped on 4-6-11. So I thought, great it will be here on time. Well it is now 4-14-11 and I still havent received it.

I checked the shipping and it said - best shipping method. I didnt know they used covered wagon as a shipping option. The estimated date of delivery was 4-10-11 - still waiting. What could take so long?
