Honestly, I think that the CS reps often don't have a clue what is going on when they are having problems. I think they are left 'holding the bag', having to try to pacify customers when the systems have glitches, without being informed themselves exactly what is wrong or what the time frame for repairs may be.

Everyone today just thinks all this stuff we do that relies on technology (includes much more than shopping, but our electric delivery, natural gas and water systems etc.) is always going to be there and working like a charm.

Something as simple as not being able to order the item on air sends people reeling! (not at all a negative comment about the original post, just a fact that people do get wound when they can't order). Makes me wonder what we  would be in for when the technology fails and we are temporarily without the really important stuff (well, at least more important than the TSV!! LOL).

here we go...again.

Really? Just where are we going.....again?

Back to the "good old days" maybe?

You missed the tongue planted firmly in my cheek, @Mellie32.  I am not much for looking backwards.

Often times when there's too much traffic I will get the same message as the OP after pressing the submit order button.  In the past when I have called customer service, they reordered it for me and then later in the day when the traffic subsided, I got 2 duplicate orders.  The dot com cannot be trusted during high traffic peaks and yes it is their responsibility to fix it.

No, I got the tongue-in-cheek --- I just didn't understand it.

It's just so much easier to buy online, isn't it?

The computers are "down" online too.  Unfortunately, they don't have an explanation there either.

I had the same problem yesterday trying to buy Isaac's fit and flare dress online. Glad it was down LOL since I read a review today that was not very good about the dress. Saved me money.

I haven't had any problems. I think some of it is people's computers and not the Q. Don't get me wrong tho the Q had issues lol.
