QVC SHIPPING TAKING TOO LONG

I placed an order for two Denim & Company skirts on May 6 and here it is late evening on May 9 & they are still in process. This is getting so ridiculous. I can order from HSN & other companies on the internet & usually receive them on the 3rd or 4th day at the latest. I surely won't be ordering anything I need short of a week.
