It seems relatively easy and inexpensive to fix.  It's a clip that adds to the stability of the door.  No tools needed.   Why would they be kidding?  The last thing I want to do is ship the oven back and wait for another one or a refund.  I have no issues with mine, but I'm getting the clip anyway.

She loves to bash QVC, so now she can bash Sunbeam/Oster.

 

I think she has a thing against large corporations. 

 

The fix is extremely practical and sensible and seems easy and the consumer doesn't need to dispose of the item!  That doesn't always happen.

I got the email, never bought the oster oven, endless hat and bucket pictures with never getting to recall info.  Makes me question if qvc sent it.
