-- with the pop up notification, or whatever it's called.  I tried to read a post twice and this big red banner pops up.  Think it said "drop shop", but I could be wrong.  I backed out of the page and was brought to the beginning of the forums.  Please STOP!!!

They're not going to stop it but you can, by installing a free pop-up blocker.

A lot of antivirus software comes with pop-up blockers. I think you have to pay extra for some. Also, if you have microsoft edge as your browser, go to the three dots (...) in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Go to "help and feedback". Then, "help". Type in "pop up blocker". Just follow the instructions from there. Microsoft can help with some of that--but not all. Hope this helps.

@coffee drinker

Do you know which browser you are using. If not, I understand. This info would make it easier for others to help you. If you are using the Google Chrome browser, I could help you. The more information you can give in your posts about computers or electronics, the easier it makes it for those that want to help you.

@coffee drinker    As another poster advised, go to your app or play store, ask for ad blocker, pick one and download it.
