The way I see it whether or not you can see reviews the issue should have been acknowledged. Trying a different browser is redundant. If you could see them before then you should be able to see them now.
I just never see any online retailer site acknowledge issues associated except Laura Geller. Who always has glitches and sends follow up emails saying so.
But her glitches are site wide and affect everyone.
This doesn't seem to be the case.
I run into issues w/ Walmart and Amazon often. Wally esp. I don't expect an email about it.
Just try later.
If QVC acknowledged all their issues, they would be emailing all day long! LOL

Have to agree on this point however this has been going on for days and days - not a short term glitch.

Well lo and behold. I can see reviews today. Yesterday not so much. How flaky is that?

What should they say? Some of you can see, some of you can't.
Some browsers work, some don't!
I switch between Microsoft and Fire Fox all the time ...certain sites I go to do better w/ one over the other.
If it isn't affecting 100%, why would they address it?
I see suggestions on the boards a 1000 times to try a different browser.
I don't understand this "ignorance" comment.
I have yet to have a "reviews problem" at all. I usually use DuckDuckGo as my browser.

Some posters seem to think that anything technologically affecting them is affecting everyone and a formal statement needs be made.
Please let me remind everyone here that we are a tiny percentage of QVCs "customer" base. I use quotes because many here are not customers and proudly make that statement frequently.
Therefore, why would the IT department or anyone else give much thought to a temporary glitch affecting about .01% of their customers. We weren't even all having the problem.

I never had this problems. I always use Chrome on my desktop PC.

They should have placed a two line message at the top of the Home Page.
"We are aware some may be unable to leave or read reviews. We will post an update when the issue is resolved."
Such a simple, easy, courteous way to keep customers informed. But I guess they have bigger issues to deal with......🙄

Since some people have had zero problems (me included), I tend to think it's the customer's problem with their browsers.
JMO, of course.

It was another one of QVC's glitches. It seems to happen from time to time, most likely when they've changed something on the website. And it often only happens for certain people.
It's fixed now, and those of us who had the problem didn't change a thing, so it wasn't on our end.
