No issues here.  It seems to be certain people who can't see them.  They are probably trying to figure it out.

I can read them in the app and I posted 1 over the weekend in th app. No problems on my end

I don't find it ignorance at all.

What should they say?  Some of you can see, some of you can't.

Some browsers work, some don't!

I switch between Microsoft and Fire Fox all the time ...certain sites I go to do better w/ one over the other.

If it isn't affecting 100%, why would they address it?

I see suggestions on the boards a 1000 times to try a different browser.

@Bonkers1  Reviews are back for me this morning.  Give it a try!

@RespectLife   Why would you assume that those of us who were not seeing reviews didn't try changing how we accessed QVC?  I did and it didn't help.  I could see reviews on one of my three devices, and that device (my phone) was using Safari, which was the same browser as my iPad.  But the iPad didn't show reviews.

Ignorance is a bit strong.  Could have been an IT issue they were not aware of, but it seems they've been well-informed by many here and it's working now.

not having a "reviews issue."

i mainly use a laptop with the EDGE browser.

i also use a desktop with the EDGE or FIREFOX browser and that isnt having any issues either.

The way I see it whether or not you can see reviews the issue should have been acknowledged.  Trying a different browser is redundant.  If you could see them before then you should be able to see them now.

Oh I am not assuming people haven't tried that.

Just repeating the suggestion that is always posted to try another browser.

I never thought to try that until I saw it repeatedly suggested on the boards.

Some people may not know to do that.....just like a coworker didn't know to try rebooting!
