QVC.IT video quality

I couldn't find any help from the qvc.it website, so I thought I would post here.

I've been visiting the qvc.it website for a while now, and until recently the live streaming video worked fine. But, Now when I try to watch the show the video player stays in the 'Buffering' phase infinitely. I have updated my flash player, I have a high end graphics card and updated drivers, all other videos, including qvc.com work fine.

Does anyone know what is going on with the live stream from QVC.it ?
