The audio made the news ( with alot of snide remarks by the reporter) on NYC's 1010 WINS this morning. He said it was Jane and Isaac although it obviously wasn't. The reporter said that the debate went on for some time until finally QVC was lucky enough to have someone with a 2nd grade education in the control room and gave them the correct info.........Jane must be thrilled !
