QVC Gift Cards via E Mail

Has anyone used these? I set one up last week to be delivered to my friend who introduced me to QVC in 1991. She was supposed to get it today but it hasn't arrived. Shouldn't she get it on the day I specified??

my sister sends me a Q. gift card every now and then.....but its not immediately...sometimes I don't receive it for a day or two....

are you sure she didn't delete it thinking it was just junk info from the Q....
