I'm not at all interested in the sweepstakes.  However, I would like for the pop up to stop - Just Stop.

Do you use a browser that is compatible with 'Adblock Plus'?    This might be the answer if you can use it.  It's a tiny instal and free.  I use it with both IE and Chrome.

 

Maybe this is why I haven't seen the pop-up.

I haven't seen any pop-ups either. I don't have a problem with the 24 hr cycle either.
